How can i pay for my Order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

We also accept AfterPay, PayPal, ShopifyPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.  

I am having trouble Logging into My Account?

We recommend closing your browser and re-opening it and checking that you have a secure internet connection first. Next, make sure you have the correct log in information. Finally, try changing your password. If these steps do not solve the issue, please contact us.

How long will Shipping take within Australia?

Standard Shipping – Postage will take between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Express Shipping - Approximately 2-4 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do take into account any possible delays.

How long will International Shipping take?

International shipping will take approximately 6+ business days. This is an estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control. For more information, see Australia Post's International shipping information.

Will my order have Tracking?

You will have received your Tracking number in an email when your package was shipped. If you received a shipping confirmation email that did not include a tracking number, please contact us.

I didn’t receive an Order or Shipping Confirmation.

We’re sorry you’ve yet to receive your shipping confirmation email. We recommend checking your junk/spam folder first and waiting 24 hours before contacting us. If you have followed these steps already, please contact us at admin@heatsociety.com.au so we can help you as soon as possible. 

What Currency will i be charged in?

You'll have the choice to view the store in your preferred currency, including Australian Dollar, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro and British Pound, but as we are an Australian Store, we will charge the payment in AUD. The conversion will take place by your bank after the payment has been processed, and the exact amount will depend on your bank and their conversion rate and fees (if any). If you're unsure, we advise contacting your bank.

Why is my Checkout Total different to my Cart Total?

Our currency Conversion Software displays the currency you opted for, on both Product pages and your Shopping Cart. As we are a Business owned and operating in Australia all international currencies will return to AUD (Australian Currency) once you reach the checkout page.

Im not sure of my Correct Sizing?

Please see our Sizing Guide at the bottom of our page, if this page doesn't have the information you require or if you have any questions regarding a specific item/s, please contact us, we will be happy to help :)

What size range do you stock?

Currently we stock from an Australian size 6 to a size 14 but we intend to expand beyond this in the future. Sizes may vary slightly as we stock a range of different suppliers and designers. If you are not sure what size you are, Please refer to our Sizing Guide. If you would like to see us stock more sizes, please let us know!

Do you have Promo/Discount Codes?

Yes we occasionally do sales and discounts on our website. Follow our Instagram @heatsocietyofficial and Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we have promotions!

Can i use multiple Promo/Discount Codes for the single purchase?

Unfortunately, only one discount code is allowed per order, unless otherwise stated. If you have more than one promo code to use, you may use them with separate orders.  

Why isn't my Promo/Discount Code working?

Promo/Discount Codes will often be valid for only a specific time frame. Other Codes may be subject to certain criteria. Contact us if you believe your promo code to still be valid.

Where do i put the Promo/Discount Code if i use PayPal at the checkout?

Before proceeding with the Paypal payment option, please ensure you have entered your code into the "Promo or discount code" section at checkout first. Paypal does not allow you to enter your discount or gift card code after you've proceeded with the order. We are also unable to amend payment methods after the order has been placed.

How do i Return an item?

Please see our Return policy at the bottom of our page, then contact us at admin@heatsociety.com.au and we will assist you through the process.

An Item i wanted is Sold Out! Will it be Re-Stocked?

Some times we may re-stock a popular product, if you are subscribed to our mailing list then you will be informed when a product has been re-stocked and is available. You can Subscribe at the bottom of our page :)
